1. Refund Policy Overview

All monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except as explicitly stated below or where required by applicable law in the UAE or Jordan.

By subscribing to Ruweem services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this refund policy. This policy applies to all customers using Ruweem design subscription services.

2. Fair-Use Review (Case-by-Case Exception)

If you believe that in a given billing period we have not provided any meaningful work or capacity, you may contact us within 7 days of the charge explaining the issue.

Please provide:

  • Your account email address
  • Your billing date
  • A brief description of what was (or was not) delivered

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund or account credit if we determine that no reasonable work or access was provided during your billing period.

3. What is NOT Eligible for Refund

We do not issue refunds or credits for:

  • Change of mind after work has started
  • Not submitting requests or not using the Service during an active month
  • Dissatisfaction based solely on taste when we have followed your brief and provided revisions
  • Subscription renewals (all months after the first are final)
  • Plan changes, upgrades, or downgrades

4. Subscription Renewal and No-Usage Policy

No Renewal Refunds: All subscription renewals are final and non-refundable. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel. It is your responsibility to track your subscription and cancel before the next renewal period if you no longer wish to continue.

Non-Usage Policy: Ruweem is not responsible for and cannot refund services due to non-usage. If you do not use the service during your active period, you may cancel to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current period. Our pricing model is based on service availability and team allocation, not usage volume.

Accidental Renewal: If you forget to cancel your subscription and our system processes the renewal payment, we will not issue any refund under any conditions. You can cancel your subscription after an accidental renewal to prevent future charges. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

5. Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. To ensure your cancellation is processed before the next billing cycle, please submit your request during business days (Monday-Friday) before the renewal date.

Important: Cancellation requests submitted during weekends or non-business days may not be honored as our support inbox is not monitored outside of business hours. To guarantee your cancellation is processed in time, please submit your request during business days well before your renewal date.

You must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next billing cycle. Cancellations received after the renewal date will prevent future charges but will not refund the current billing period.

6. Service Access During Billing Cycle

Your access to Ruweem services remains active until the end of your paid period. If you cancel your subscription, you maintain full access until the end of your current billing period.

Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly, and access continues until your billing cycle ends.

7. Work Ownership

All design work created during your active service period remains your property according to our Terms of Service. Upon cancellation or service end, you retain full ownership rights to all completed and delivered work from your paid service period.

8. Account Termination Rights

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service, including but not limited to unauthorized chargebacks, abusive behavior toward staff, violations of our Non-Solicitation Policy, or fraudulent activity. Account terminations are at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Terminations for violations result in immediate forfeiture of all work ownership rights, loss of all work ownership rights, no refund of any payments made, and permanent ban from all future services.

9. Chargeback Policy

By subscribing to any Ruweem services, you agree that chargebacks are not acceptable given our clear refund policy. This agreement may be presented to financial institutions in payment disputes.

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:

  • Immediate loss of all work ownership rights
  • Permanent account ban from all Ruweem services
  • Legal action to recover costs and damages where applicable

If you have a legitimate billing dispute, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work with you to resolve any issues fairly.

10. Legal Compliance and Exceptions

Limited Exceptions: The only exceptions to this refund policy are:

  • The 7-day fair-use review for eligible customers at our discretion
  • Where explicitly required by applicable consumer protection law in the UAE or Jordan

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in all regions where we operate. Where local law requires specific consumer protections, we will comply accordingly.

11. Informed Purchase Agreement

By subscribing to Ruweem services, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept this refund policy. This includes understanding:

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun
  • The fair-use review is discretionary and not guaranteed
  • Renewals, upgrades, plan changes, and all subsequent payments are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if you don't want to be charged
  • Non-usage does not constitute grounds for refund
  • This policy is binding and constitutes part of your agreement with Ruweem

By completing your purchase, you are accepting these terms and making an informed decision to subscribe to Ruweem.
