1. Introduction and Service Description
Ruweem is a subscription-based design service providing unlimited design updates to businesses in the United Arab Emirates and Jordan. We offer graphics, video, websites, and creative content through monthly subscriptions with dedicated designers and unlimited revisions.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ruweem website (www.ruweem.com) and all related platforms and services (collectively, the "Service").

By using our platforms or services, you confirm that you have reviewed, comprehended, and consent to follow these Terms. You are responsible for following your local laws and regulations when accessing our services.
2. Eligibility and Territory
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using our platforms, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
Ruweem currently provides subscription services only to customers headquartered in the United Arab Emirates and Jordan. New countries in the region may become available in the future. We do not currently offer services to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or any European Union member state.
3. Service Plans and Pricing
Pro Plan (Current Offering): Ruweem currently offers a monthly subscription plan that includes:
- Unlimited design requests, completed one active task at a time
- Graphics & branding (logos, brand identity, marketing materials, pitch decks)
- Video editing & motion graphics (ads, explainers, social content, animations)
- Website & landing page design (Figma design, built in Webflow, Framer, or WordPress)
- Unlimited revisions during active service period
- 1-2 business day turnaround for most design tasks
- 3-5 business days for website and development work
Pricing: Pricing is set in your local currency (AED for UAE, JOD for Jordan) and is subject to change without notice for new customers. Existing customers will be informed 30 calendar days before any changes affecting their service.
Scope and Limitations: Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Services offered are subject to change without notice for new customers, with 30 days notice provided to existing customers. We may decline work that is outside our expertise, illegal, discriminatory, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate.
Development work (Webflow, Framer, WordPress) may be limited by technical constraints or capacity. We will notify you when a specific implementation is not feasible and propose an alternative where possible.
4. Account Requirements
You must provide accurate and complete account information and keep your account details current. You are responsible for maintaining login credential security, reporting any unauthorized access immediately, and taking responsibility for all account activity.
Ruweem may terminate your account without advance notice if we determine you have violated these Terms, shared account access with unauthorized parties, misused our services, treated our team inappropriately, or used services for unlawful purposes.
5. Subscription Agreement and Billing
Subscription Periods: Your subscription begins on your subscription billing date and continues for the monthly period you select. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel.
Automatic Billing: Your account will be charged automatically on your billing date and each renewal date for all applicable fees. By subscribing, you authorize Ruweem and our payment processors to periodically charge your chosen payment method.
Payment Methods: All subscription payments are processed via secure payment processors (Stripe). We accept credit cards and other methods as specified on our payment page.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. To ensure your cancellation is processed before the next billing cycle, you must submit your request during business days (Monday-Friday) and before your renewal date. Cancellation requests submitted during weekends or non-business days will not be honored as our support inbox is not monitored during these times.
You must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid billing of the next subscription fee. Cancellations received after the renewal date will prevent future charges but will not refund the current billing period.
6. Project Delivery and Timelines
You have seven days from file delivery to review and request necessary changes. We prioritize corrections reported during this review period. Change requests received after seven days will be handled at our discretion based on available capacity.
When your service period ends for any reason, we immediately stop all work on your projects regardless of completion status. It is your responsibility to manage project timelines and ensure adequate service time for project completion.
You are solely responsible for backing up and securing all important files. All project files are retained for 6 months after your subscription ends, after which they are permanently deleted with no recovery options available.
7. Intellectual Property and Ownership
Upon full payment of service fees, you retain exclusive ownership of all completed design work delivered during your active service period. This ownership transfer is contingent upon compliance with this Agreement and full payment of all fees.
In cases of non-payment, chargebacks, or payment disputes, all intellectual property rights immediately revert to Ruweem. You forfeit all ownership claims to any work created during the disputed period. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate loss of all work ownership rights, permanent account ban, and potential legal action.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Your project information, design briefs, brand assets, and all materials you share with us are confidential and protected under strict confidentiality agreements. We do not share, use, or disclose any project information to third parties without your explicit written consent.
Our design team members are bound by confidentiality agreements and only access project information necessary to deliver your design services. Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws in the UAE and Jordan.
9. Portfolio and Marketing Rights
Ruweem reserves the right to share design work created for clients across our digital channels, including social media, websites, portfolios, and marketing materials, unless restricted by executed Non-Disclosure Agreements or explicit written request.
We may identify you as our customer and use your name and logo in our marketing materials unless you provide written notice with reasonable restrictions.
10. Respect and Conduct Policy
Ruweem maintains professional standards for all interactions with our staff. The following behaviors will result in immediate account suspension with no refund: use of slurs, offensive language, or discriminatory terms; abusive language or threatening communication; harassment of any kind toward team members; discriminatory behavior based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or national origin.
Violation results in instant account suspension, permanent ban from all services, forfeiture of all work ownership rights, no refund of any payments made, and potential legal action where applicable.
11. Non-Solicitation Policy
By purchasing Ruweem services, you agree not to solicit, recruit, or attempt to hire any Ruweem team member, accept solicitation from team members for outside work, engage in employment discussions with our staff, or facilitate connections between our team members and third parties for employment.
This non-solicitation agreement applies during your entire active service period and for four years following the end of your service. Violations will result in immediate termination of services with no refund, legal action to enforce the agreement, monetary damages, and permanent ban from all services.
12. Limitation of Liability
Ruweem's total liability for any claims shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00 USD) or local currency equivalent, regardless of cause of action. All services are provided "as is" and "as available". Ruweem makes no warranties and disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and protect Ruweem from claims arising from your use of our services, breaches of these Terms, or violations of third-party rights.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, subject to any mandatory local law requirements in the UAE or Jordan.
The parties agree to bring claims against each other only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action.
14. Changes to Terms
Ruweem reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notification to users. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We may notify you of significant changes through email, platform notifications, or updates posted on our website.
